ICE and Trade[XYZ] plan US-regulated perpetual futures on Hyperliquid

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) and Trade[XYZ] plan to offer perpetual futures on Hyperliquid through a separate US trading and clearing structure, with access routed via regulated brokers. The companies still need approvals for the proposed business. A major exchange operator building regulated rails around Hyperliquid-linked perps would lend institutional legitimacy to the platform and could draw fresh US volume into its ecosystem.
