ICE and Trade[XYZ] plan regulated perpetual futures for US retail traders

Intercontinental Exchange, the parent company of the NYSE, is partnering with Trade[XYZ] to bring around-the-clock perpetual futures to U.S. retail traders for the first time, drawing on Hyperliquid's $650 billion trading phenomenon. The plan would move a piece of that offshore perpetuals activity into America's regulated markets. Traders would care because a major exchange operator legitimizing perpetual futures could open a large new regulated venue and boost institutional confidence in the Hyperliquid ecosystem.
