NYSE owner ICE moves to bring Hyperliquid perpetual futures to the US

Intercontinental Exchange, the parent company of the New York Stock Exchange, is moving to bring Hyperliquid-style perpetual futures to the U.S. through a planned venue called ICE[XYZ], which would offer 24/7 perpetual futures on stocks, commodities and crypto pending CFTC approval.
