How this is counted: no cookies, no IP addresses, no third-party scripts. A visitor is a daily anonymous id that cannot be followed from one day to the next, so 7, 30 and 90 days add the days up. Country comes from the time zone the browser reports, not from an address. Crawlers, and pings that never loaded a page, are left out.
