ZetaChain sets Dec. 9 shutdown, moving ZETA token to Solana after holder vote

ZetaChain holders have set Dec. 9 as the date to shut down its blockchain and migrate the ZETA token to Solana, after approving the wind-down in September. A follow-up vote on the date and claim rules has cleared quorum with nearly all votes in favor. Holders of wrapped or liquid-staked ZETA must exit those positions before the snapshot, a deadline that could pressure ZETA markets and force users to unwind DeFi exposure.
