THORChain restarts most swaps but 14 nodes still need to upgrade
AI summary
THORChain has restarted most swap functionality after a network halt, but 14 nodes have yet to upgrade to the required software version. Trading and outbound-signing restrictions remain in place for Cosmos Hub, BNB Smart Chain and Solana. Traders holding RUNE or using THORChain for cross-chain swaps should note that full service is not yet restored and that residual restrictions on three major chains could keep liquidity and volumes below normal until all nodes upgrade.
