Moscow Exchange confirms Dec. 1 crypto launch with bitcoin, ether and USDT

The Moscow Exchange confirmed it will launch crypto trading on Dec. 1, offering bitcoin, ether and USDT through what it calls Russia's first organized digital currency market.
