Matter Labs launches Prividium Commander to add permissions to existing chains

Matter Labs, the team behind zkSync, has introduced Prividium Commander, a tool that lets existing blockchains add application-level permissioning. Institutions can apply these permissions without migrating to Prividium Ledger and can keep their current custody and signing providers.
