bOSMO Bug Leaves Little Backing, Prompts Holder Compensation Plan

A bug in the bOSMO contract allows cheap minting, leaving the token with little backing and putting liquidity pools at risk. A compensation plan has been proposed for holders, but bOSMO bought after the snapshot will not be compensated.
