Base ships Denim upgrade with 200ms blocks, replacing Flashblocks

Coinbase's Base layer-2 network has activated its fourth upgrade, Denim, on mainnet, replacing Flashblocks with 200ms block times. The change delivers five canonical blocks per second, improving transaction speed and finality for users and developers on the chain.
