Celestia Activates Fibre, Opening Direct Validator Uploads for Rollups

Celestia has activated Fibre, a feature enabling rollups to upload data directly to validators. The initial release supports 128 MiB blobs and 200 Fibre submissions per block, with smaller uploads and a slower block cadence than the project's terabit benchmark. This is a technical infrastructure upgrade for Celestia's data availability layer, but the constrained initial parameters mean it is unlikely to move TIA price on its own.
