Aviva puts £50m behind tokenized share class on XRP Ledger
Aviva Investors has added a tokenized share class to its £22 billion Sterling Liquidity Fund, running on the XRP Ledger and backed by a £50 million commitment. The move puts a major traditional asset manager's money-market fund on a public blockchain, giving institutional investors a tokenized route into sterling liquidity. Traders would read it as another sign of real-world asset tokenization gaining traction, with the XRP Ledger winning a marquee fund deployment.
